Return policy

At Step Protect Australia, we accept returns providing the product is unused, has all original tags and packaging still intact, and is within 30 days of receiving your order. Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment within 10 business days of receiving the returned product.

How to use

  1. Loosen laces and remove the insoles if possible.
  2. Slide the crease protectors into the toe box reinsert the insole.
  3. To remove, take out the insole and squeeze the back tab of the crease protector and slide out.
